# How To Change Email Quota In cPanel?

Managing your email storage is important to ensure your mailbox continues to run smoothly without bouncing or delivery issues. If you need to increase or reduce the storage limit for a specific email account, cPanel provides a simple way to adjust the email quota. This guide will walk you through the steps to easily update the quota according to your needs.

This guide will walk you through to change email quota in cPanel.

1. Log in to your cPanel account.

2. Search for **Email Accounts** and click on it.

3. Find the email address you want to change and click **Manage**.

4. Under **Allocated Storage Space**, enter the new quota value. Click **Update Email Settings** at the bottom to save your change.
