# How To Create An Email Group In cPanel?

An email group allows you to use one email address to deliver messages to multiple recipients at the same time. In cPanel, this function can be created by using Email Filters, where incoming messages to the group address are automatically redirected to the selected email accounts. This guide will show you how to set up an email group using cPanel’s filtering feature, allowing you to streamline communication, ensure all members receive important messages, and simplify email management.

This guide will walk you through how to create an email group in cPanel.

1. Log in to your hosting cPanel.

3. After that, go to the **email section** and click on **"Email Filters"**.

4. Click on **"Manage Filters"** to email group that you have been create.

5. Click on **"Create a New Filter"**.

6. Type in **new filter name**.

7. Next, under **rules section**, choose **To** and **Contains** then, type in your group email that you create.

8. Under** actions section**, please select **"Redirect to Email"** then add email addresses that you want to put into this group.

9. You can click on button plus** "+"** to add multiple email addresses.

10. Finally, click on **"Create"** button to complete your email group.
