How To Create An Email Group In cPanel.
This guide is how to create an email group in cPanel:
Access and log in to your cPanel using the username and password provided.

Go to the email section and click on email accounts to create a group email address. You can click here on how to create email account.
After that, Go to the email section and click on "Email Filters".

Click on "Manage Filters" to email group that you have been create.

Click on "Create a New Filter" .

Type in new filter name.

Next, under rules section, choose To and Contains then type in your group email that you create.

Under Actions section, please select "Redirect to Email" then add email addresses that you want to put into this group.

You can click on button plus "+" to add multiple email addresses.

Finally, click on "Create" button to complete your email group.
