How to Manage DNS in the Plesk Hosting?
Important Condition (If you want to manage DNS in the Plesk Hosting)
If you would like to manage your DNS from the Client Area, please ensure the following requirements are met:
- Your domain must be using these nameservers:
(WordPress Hosting)
ns3.gbnetdns.com
ns4.gbnetdns.com
or
(Windows Hosting)
ns5.gbnetdns.com
ns6.gbnetdns.com
This guide will walk you through to manage DNS Record in Plesk hosting:
- Login into your Plesk using the username and password provided.

- Go to the Websites & Domains section, select your domain, then click Hosting & DNS and choose DNS to access the DNS settings.

- Next, click on + Add Record to create a new DNS entry. This option allows you to add any required DNS record such as A, CNAME, MX, or TXT.

- On the Add a Resource Record to the Zone page, select the record type, fill in the required fields (such as domain name, TTL and IP address), then click OK to save it.
