# How to Reset Client Area Password?

**Please follow the steps below on how to reset your password:**

1. Go to the client area login page via the following link: [GB Website Login](https://secure.gbnetwork.com/login) . Then, click on the **Forgot Password** button.

2. On the next screen, enter the **email address** associated with your account and click **Submit.**

3. A message will appear confirming that a password reset has been requested. **Please check your email inbox for further instructions.**

4. You will receive an email from us containing a password reset link. Please click on the **Reset your password button**. If you encounter any issues, you may also **copy and paste the provided URL into your browser.**

5. You will be redirected back to the client area. Please answer the **security question** you previously set up, then click **Submit.**

|| If you have forgotten the answer to your security question, kindly contact our support team for further assistance.

6. Enter your new password in the provided field and click **Save Changes.**

7. Your password has now been successfully reset. Click **Click here** to continue to the client area and log in using your new password.
