How to Setup txAdmin For FiveM
This Helpdesk guide will assist you in configuring your FiveM Server. First-time users may need to complete initial server setup. If you are unfamiliar with accessing txAdmin, please refer to our Helpdesk documentation here How to Access txAdmin on Your FiveM Server
Now that you're logged in, you can begin configuring txAdmin and setting up your server. On the txAdmin Dashboard, you'll see a notification in the top-left corner reminding you that your server still requires setup. Now we will start the configuration process.

Welcome and Server
Choose a server name for your project this won't appear in the server list but will be used internally in txAdmin, in-game chat, and Discord messages. Pick something descriptive to help identify your server easily.

Deployment Type
Next, you'll need to select your Deployment Type this determines how your server will be set up. You have four options to choose from. We'll explain each option in detail so you can pick the best one for your needs.

Popular Template
provide ready-to-use server setups, offering the fastest and simplest way to launch your FiveM server perfect for beginners. These pre-configured packages include essential resources and settings, so you can skip the complex setup and jump straight into customizing your server. If this is your first time hosting, we highly recommend this option. Just pick a template that matches your vision, and you'll be up and running in no time!

Existing Server Data
This option is ideal if you're migrating an existing txAdmin managed server to our platform. Simply upload your server files via FTP and specify their location during setup. If you're new to FTP, don't worry our FTP access guide provides step-by-step instructions to help you transfer your files seamlessly. This ensures a quick and hassle-free transition, getting your server online with minimal downtime.

Custom Template
This option is designed for users who have previously created their own recipe and want to reload it. It enables you to effortlessly apply your custom configurations without the need to set everything up again from scratch. Just select your saved recipe, and txAdmin will take care of the rest, ensuring your server is configured precisely as you intended

Once you've selected a Deployment Type and completed the required steps, click Go to Recipe Deployer to finalize setup. There, you'll review your recipe, enter any necessary parameters, run the deployment, and configure your server.cfg.

Review Recipe – After reviewing the recipe, click Next to proceed to the next steps.

Input Parameters - This step requires your FiveM license key (used for your server) and database credentials to complete the setup
To get your FiveM License you can review this helpdesk How to Get Your Keymaster License for FiveM after that simply paste the license to the Server Registration Key
Create the database in the GB Game Panel ,You may refer to our Helpdesk for guidance How to Create Database for FiveM Server, then copy the generated credentials to txAdmin and click 'Run Recipe' to complete the process

Run Recipe - Wait until the process complete

Then Click Next to proceed to the last step

Configure server.cfg - It is necessary to configure the port that has been assigned to your FiveM server
Navigate to the GB Game Panel, locate the left sidebar, and expand the 'Management' section. Select 'Allocation', then copy the second port displayed in your GB Game Panel

Navigate to the txAdmin backend and scroll down to locate 'endpoint_add_tcp' and 'endpoint_add_udp'. The default port is 30120 - replace this with the port number you copied from the GB Game Panel.

After updating the port, scroll down and click 'Save and Run Server'. The system will then initialize please wait until the server status changes to Online
