How to Track Delivery Report of Emails
This is guide on how to view mail delivery reports from your cPanel.
Login to your cPanel account.
On your search box you can search Track Delivery
Under Track Delivery, you can insert Recipient Email Address and click on Run Report to filter the Delivery Report table results to a specific email address you want.
Under Delivery Report, you can see all emails delivery status. You can also trace an email’s delivery route, tracing the route can help you find delivery problems.
Next, you also can tick/untick on the options box given to show the specific email status delivery .
Next, for the Event icon, its show you an icon that indicates the message’s delivery status.
Here is the icons that will show you the delivery status.
