Step-by-Step Guide: Configuring and Downloading Your SSL Certificate
Log in to your client area and navigate to the SSL Product section.
i. click the Configure SSL button.
ii. Add your Certificate Signing Request (CSR) key obtained from your Web Server.
iii. Complete all the form, and click the Submit button.
Once the CSR key has been submitted, proceed to the Authentication Validation section by selecting the corresponding option.
Authentication Validation Setup
i. By default, the system will provide DNS-based authentication details. You will need to add the provided DNS records to your domain’s DNS settings.
ii. You can also change the validation method by clicking the Change Validation Method button and selecting your preferred method (File, DNS or Email Validation).
After configuring your preferred validation method, click Validation Check to confirm the method has been correctly set up.
Once validation is successfully completed, return to the overview page and click the Download Certificate button on the side.
Download Your SSL Certificate
i. Choose your preferred format for the SSL certificate from the available options.
ii. Once you’ve selected the format, click Proceed to download your SSL certificate.
