| Troubleshoot MT4 auto close with replace terminal

* At first, you must download the new **MT4 installer** from your desired/selected broker. In this tutorial, we select **XM** broker to demonstrate this tutorial. Paste it at desktop to make it easy to use.

* Then, you can run the installer and start to install it. Before you click **next**, make sure click settings to change the installation folder.

* Click **Browse** to change the installation folder

* Create a new folder and choose it as the installation destination.

* After the installation have been done, you can open the new folder.

* Copy the terminal from the new folder

* Open the old MT4 file location, usually located at program files.

* Paste and replace it with new terminal in your old MT4 folder. Then you are done.
