# What happens if my domain expires?

| If your domain name expire it will be placed in a three stage :

1. Renewal Grace Period (0-45 days)
* At this phase, your domain can be renewed at the normal price.

2. Redemption Grace Period/ Pending Delete Restorable (30 days)
* At this phase, your domain can be renewed at the normal price plus the redemption fee.

3. Pending Delete Period (5 days)
* At this phase, your domain can no longer be renewed.

**Note** : If customers not taking any actions within specified period of time, your domain will be deleted in 5 days at Pending Delete Period and will available to buy for public.

|| How do I cancel my domain name?

* If you wish to cancel your domain name and prevent it from renewing, kindly contact our Billing Department for assistance. Alternatively, if you do not intend to renew the domain, you may allow it to complete its phase and expire naturally.
