What is your refund policy?
The refund request is only applicable if there is any problem, trouble, difficulty, misfunctioning, complication or issue with our site, server, services, products, panels, or hosting. Any request for refund due to change of mind, not interesting with our services, bored with our services, zero knowledge with our services or without any reasonable excuse are not valid. Please open a ticket in the Client Area to request a refund.
Log in to your client area by click Client Login and choose Open Ticket.

Choose Billing Department and you may proceed fill in the details.

Click Submit after you fill in the details.
