Why stats not updating ?

Symptom: Stats not updating.

• Cause: Insufficient disk space on account.

• Resolution: Check available disk space from the control panel to ensure disk space is available for the stats processor to write to the account.

• Cause: Stats history log is possibly corrupt.

• Resolution: Contact our GB Network support via the helpdesk or via email.
