|| Why stats not updating ?

**Symptom: Stats not updating.**

* **Cause:** Insufficient disk space on account.

* **Resolution:** Check available disk space from the control panel to ensure disk space is available for the stats processor to write to the account.

* **Cause:** Stats history log is possibly corrupt.

* **Resolution:** Contact our GB Network support via the helpdesk or via email.
