Data Center Visitation Request

Dear Valued Customer,

Greetings from GB Network Solutions.

Kindly be informed that with effect from 11 October 2022, all GB Network Solutions customers who wish to access to CJ1 Data Center must follow the following requirement since the building management has revised and updated their Data Center related SOP.

For Data Center visitation, customers are required to request access to Data Center 2 working days (Exclude weekend and Public Holiday) prior to the visit.
For equipment installations, customers are required to request 2 working days (Exclude weekend and Public Holiday) prior to date of installations.
For equipment removal, customers are required to request 3 working days (Exclude weekend and Public Holiday) prior to date of removal.

Please take note on the rules and regulations:

Visitors must bring along a government-issued ID card (IC/Passport/Driving License) for security verification. Visitor without government ID not be allowed entry.
Visitors must always wear proper attire within the data center and compulsory to wear proper shoes.
Vehicles shall not be allowed to be parked inside the Data Center vicinity, unless for loading/unloading.
