Data Center Visitation Request

Kindly be informed that effective from 11 October 2022, all GB Network Solutions customers who wish to access the CJ1 Data Center must adhere to the following requirements, which have been revised and updated by the building management.

Visitation and Activity Request Deadlines

All requests must be submitted in advance:

Allowed Activity Schedule:

• Weekend and public holiday requests are reserved for emergencies only.
• Equipment installation and removal are only permitted Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
• All activities must be supervised by an assigned engineer representative to ensure adherence to security and operational protocols.

Please take note on the rules and regulations:

🪪 Identification & Security Check

• Visitors must present a valid government-issued ID (IC/Passport/Driving License) for security verification upon entry.
• Visitors without valid identification will not be allowed to enter the data center.

👔 Dress Code & Attire

• Visitors must wear proper attire within the data center premises.
• Closed-toe shoes (e.g., safety shoes, sneakers) are compulsory. Slippers, sandals, and flip-flops are strictly prohibited.
• Shorts are not permitted at any time.

🚗 Parking & Vehicle Access

• Vehicles are not permitted to be parked within the Data Center vicinity, except for loading and unloading purposes only.

📦 Equipment Packaging & Waste Management

• All packaging materials, boxes, and any other waste brought in with the equipment must be removed by the customer after installation or deployment is completed.
• Customers are not allowed to leave any packaging or waste within the data center premises.
