How to access the server after purchased the Forex VPS?
After completing your payment, please be aware that the payment method you choose will affect how quickly you can access your server:
Instant Access: Payments made via Online Bank Transfer (Fiuu), Online Bank Transfer (Chip), PayPal, Credit Card, or Crypto (CoinPayments) will be activated automatically once successful.
Manual Bank Transfer: If you choose manual bank transfer, you will need to send your payment receipt to our billing team for verification. You may click Open Ticket to contact our billing team. Once your payment is verified, you will receive an email with the subject: ' Invoice Payment Confirmation'. However please note that manual bank transfers may take longer as they require verification.
Note: Our billing team operates from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+8). Verification will only be processed during these working hours.
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your VPS server details.
Note: You may need to check your Inbox, Spam, or Junk folder for an email with the subject: 'New Windows VPS FX Details'

Warning: When accessing to the server using RDP ensure there are no spaces before or after your username and password, and make sure the username starts with a capital letter, e.g., "Administrator".
