How to Change Maximum Player in Minecraft Server
Access and log in to game panel at: https://my.gbhosting.net/login
You can log in using Login with SSO without entering a username and password if you're already logged into your client area.
You can click the arrow next to Management to expand it, then click on File Manager.
Find the file named server.properties and click on it.
You can edit it by changing the max-players value.
You can click button Save File after change the value.
You can click the arrow next to System to expand it, then click on Console.
Click restart button to reboot your server to make sure the settings has been apply.
You need to wait until [WISP] Server marked as ON appear.
You may open your Minecraft Launcher to see the changes.

As you can see, the maximum server capacity has increased to 30 players
