How to Disable Windows Updates?

1. Open Services by searching for it in the Windows search bar.

2. Scroll down until you find Windows Update in the list, then double-click on it.

3. Change the Startup type to Disabled, click Stop, and then click Apply. Lastly, click OK .

4. Open sconfig by searching for it in the Windows search bar.

5. Look for Option 5 and make sure the setting is set to 'Manual.' Other than that, you may need to configure it

6. Enter number 5 then click enter

7. Enter number 3 to set update setting as manual

8. The update settings should be Manual once you configure it
