How to Import Workflow in n8n?

This guide will walk you through how to import workflow in n8n.


  1. Log in to your n8n panel using the email and password you created during the initial setup.


  1. Create or open a new workflow and click the three-dot icon on the right. Then, select the Import from URL or Import from File option, depending on the method you used to save your workflow.


  1. This page indicates that the file has been successfully imported. After the import is complete, ensure that you review all nodes and connections.


Warning: If your workflow contains credential configurations, you must manually re-enter all required credentials and update API keys or environment variables as needed. Without updating the credentials, the workflow may not run correctly.
