A: Below are the steps to complete your payment using Crypto (coin payment).
Step 1: Select Your Payment Method
Navigate to the Invoice Page and locate the Payment Method section on the right-hand side.
Click on the dropdown menu and select Crypto (coin payments).
Click on the Make Payment button to proceed with the payment.
Step 2: Select Your Preferred Payment Method
Once redirected to the CoinPayments gateway, fill in your details, select your preferred coin, and click Complete Checkout to proceed.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment, the payment amount, wallet address, and QR code will be displayed.
You can proceed by using payment software, an online wallet, by copying and pasting the provided address and amount into your wallet to initiate the transaction.
Once all funds are received, your wallet will generate a Transaction ID (TXID) as proof of the transaction and a confirmation email will be sent and your invoice will be automatically marked as paid.
