How to Manage DNS in the Client Area

Important Condition (If you want to manage DNS in the Client Area)


If you would like to manage your DNS from the Client Area, please ensure the following requirements are met:


  • The domain needs to be managed by GB Network Solutions.
  • Your domain must be using these nameservers:
ns1.ezydomain.com
ns2.ezydomain.com

  • After updating the nameservers, please contact Technical Support (via live chat or ticket) and inform them that you would like to enable DNS Management in your Client Area.
  • Once our team has confirmed the activation, you may proceed with the steps below.


In the guide below, we’ll walk you through how to manage / change / edit the DNS Record (A, CNAME, TXT, DMARC, MX, PTR, etc) in Client Area.


  1. Log in to your Client Area using your email address and password by click this link: Client Area

  1. On the dashboard, click the Domains section.

  1. Select the domain you want to manage the DNS.

  1. From the left-side menu, click DNS Management.

  1. Add the DNS record you want to create.

Additional Notes
  • If you want to add a DNS record for the root domain, enter the hostname as '@':
Example record need to add:
Type: A record
Name: kaitklasik.my
Value: 103.175.50.173


After adding your DNS records, please allow at least one hour for the changes to propagate.
