Introduction
Reinstalling or reformatting your VPS is a useful option when you want to reset your server to a clean state whether to fix persistent software issues, remove unwanted configurations, or switch to a different operating system. This process completely wipes your existing VPS data and installs a fresh OS of your choice. This guide will walk you through the step-by-step process of reinstalling your VPS via the client area, ensuring that your server is ready for a fresh start with minimal hassle. This guideline applies to the following products:
Log in to your Client Area using your registered Email Address and Password

After login, you'll be directed to the Client Dashboard. Click on the "Services".

After click product/ service, you will directed to product pages.

Click on "Login to Cloud Panel" to manage your VPS.

Click on your VPS to open its details page, where you can view important information, including the reinstall VPS.

In default project, you will see where all active VPS under the selected project are listed.

Once inside the VPS details page, click the “Reinstall” tab from the top menu. Under Server Type > Operating Systems, select the desired OS.

Tick the checkbox for “Reset password”.

Scroll down and click “Reinstall” to start the process.
Warning: Please remember that this action will permanently erase all existing data, so always back up important files before proceeding.

After clicking the “**Reinstall**” button, please wait while the system installs your selected Windows operating system. Once the process is complete, you will see a confirmation message saying “**The server was reinstalled". Kindly try to access your VPS again via Remote Desktop (RDP).
