- Log in to your Client Area using your email address and password by click this link: Client Area
- On the dashboard, click the Services section.
- Select the VPS product you want to reset the password for under the Product/Services page.
- Click Login to Cloud Panel to open your VPS control panel.
- Inside the Cloud Panel, click Default Project to see your VPS and resources.
- Click on your VPS to open its details page.
- Go to the Boot & Rescue tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Reset Root Password to generate a new one.
- You will receive a new generated password, click the Copy button and save it in a safe place.
