How to Set up Webmail Using Mail Applications?
Introduction
Webmail accounts can be accessed through a web browser or configured on mail applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail or mobile mail apps. Using a mail application allows users to manage emails more efficiently, receive instant notifications and access emails from multiple devices.
IMAP and POP3 Explanation
1.IMAP stores emails on the mail server and synchronizes them across all devices, making it suitable for users who access email from multiple devices. Any changes made will be reflected on all devices.
2.POP3 downloads emails to a single device and may remove them from the server, making it suitable for users who only access email from one device.
For better synchronization and accessibility, IMAP is recommended. This guide will walk you through how to set up webmail using mail applications.
