Synchronize SmarterMail with Outlook
Follow these steps to sync your SmarterMail calendar with Outlook from the Web interface
From your computer that has Microsoft Outlook installed, log into SmarterMail
Click on the Calendar icon
Click on the Actions menu and then Add to Outlook in the navigation panel toolbar
This will open a new Window
Outlook Version: Choose your Outlook Version
Calendar: Leave it to default
Description: Leave it to default or type your own description
Outlook Display Name: Type your own Display Name
Then, click OK
This will open the 'Launch Application' window. Click Open Outlook to launch Outlook
Click Yes to allow SmarterMail to connect with Outlook
Your SmarterMail and Outlook calendars are now synchronized.
Note: You can use the same method to synchronize Contacts and Tasks.
