Horde Webmail Error Message (cannot move items to the trash)

Problems : When deleting mail from within horde, the following error message may appear:

Error The folder "Trash" was not created.

This is what the server said: Client tried to access nonexistent namespace. (Mailbox name should probably be prefixed with: INBOX.)"

Solution :

Choose Setting icon > Preferences > Mail from the top menu bar.



Then choose Deleting and Moving Messages.



From the subsequent screen, tick the option Move deleted messages to your Trash mailbox instead of marking them as deleted in the current mailbox? Choose Save, and deleted items will be moved to the trash.
