A: Below are the steps to complete your payment using online bank transfer/credit card (CHIP)

Step 1: Select Your Payment Method

Navigate to the Invoice Page and locate the Payment Method section on the right-hand side.


Click on the dropdown menu and select Online Bank Transfer / Credit Card (CHIP).


Click on the Pay with CHIP button to proceed with the payment.


Step 2: Select Your Preferred Payment Method

After being redirected to the CHIP Payment Gateway, you will see multiple payment options, including Online Banking, Card, and DuitNow QR. Then, choose your preferred method, accept the Terms and Conditions, and click Proceed to Pay to continue with the payment.


Step 3: Complete Your Payment

Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with the payment with your preferred choice. Once the transaction is successful, you will receive a confirmation message, and your invoice will be automatically marked as paid.
