How to Submit a Request Review to Google?
Deceptive Site Ahead warning is displayed because Google has found malware on a website. To whitelist your website and clear the warning from displaying again, you need to submit a Request Review to Google.
Google will remove the Deceptive Site Ahead warning once your website has been reviewed and no more malware is detected.
If you are using WordPress, this issue usually happened due to the lack of maintenance of core, plugins, and themes at WordPress account. Before submitting a Request Review to Google, you need to clean up your website. For your information,
WordPress version needs to be updated when available.

Kindly change your WordPress login password to a strong password to avoid being hacked easily.
We suggest you scan your WordPress with the Wordfence plugin to scan and delete malware.
We highly suggest you do cleaning in your file manually in case those files are hidden or not detected by Wordfence.
Below are the steps that you can follow to submit a Request Review to Google (once website clean up is done):
Go to this URL and enter your site URL (eg: https://domainname.com) at URL Prefix and click Continue.
Next, you need to download the HTML file.
Log in to your cPanel and click File Manager.
Go to the website directory where your files are located (ex: public_html) and click Upload.
Upload an HTML file and wait until the uploading process is done.
Refresh directory. You will see that the HTML file has been successfully uploaded.
Click Verify. Next, click Go to Property.
Click Open Report.
Click Request Review. Tick on All Issues were fixed, and you may explain what clean-up process that you have done. (For example, you have deleted files that contain PHP injection, update plugin and themes to the latest version)
