How to install multiple MT4 terminal

Download MT4 From your Broker and Install

The MT4 platform can be downloaded directly from either the MetaTrader 4 website or through numerous forex brokers that provide the software. A VPS server with 1GB of RAM can effectively run at least 4-6 platforms simultaneously.

Setup Multiple MT4

When installing additional MT4 terminals after the first one, it's important to select a unique folder name for each installation. This ensures that there are no conflicts between the different versions. For example, if your first MT4 installation is located at C:\Program Files (x86), you can name the folders for subsequent installations as follows:

The second installation could be C:\Program Files (x86)\FBS Trader 4 - 2
The third installation might be C:\Program Files (x86)\FBS Trader 4 -3
For the fourth installation, you could use C:\Program Files (x86)\FBS Trader 4 - 4

By doing this, you can easily manage multiple MT4 terminals without any issues.

Copy and Paste Multiple MT4

If you have a single MT4 terminal installed, you can easily duplicate the folders by using the copy and paste command, renaming each folder to your preference. Alternatively, you can use the keyboard shortcuts CTRL+C and CTRL+V for this process.
