A: Below are the steps to complete your payment using online bank transfer/credit card (CHIP)
Log in to your client area using the following link: GB Website Login
Once you have successfully logged in, click on the tab Billing > My Invoices to proceed with the payment for your renewal services.
Afterward, you will be directed to the invoices section in your client area. To proceed with the payment, simply click on the invoice that is marked as unpaid or select the Pay Now option.
Navigate to the Invoice Page and locate the Payment Method section on the right-hand side. Click on the dropdown menu and select Online Bank Transfer / Credit Card (CHIP).
Click on the Pay with CHIP button to proceed with the payment.
After being redirected to the CHIP Payment Gateway, you will see multiple payment options, including Online Banking (FPX B2C or FPX B2B1), Card, and DuitNow QR. Then, choose your preferred method, accept the Terms and Conditions, and click Proceed to Pay to continue with the payment.
Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with the payment with your preferred choice. Once the transaction is successful, you will receive a confirmation message, and your invoice will be automatically marked as paid.
