How to request cancellation?

First, access our client area at Client Area and log in to your account.


Once logged in, click on the My Services tab. This will direct you to the page where all your active services are listed.


From the list of your active services, click on the specific service that you want to cancel.


On the service details page, you will see an option to Request Cancellation your plan. Click on this button to proceed with the cancellation process.


On the cancellation request page, kindly provide your reason for the cancellation in the designated field. Next, please select your preferred cancellation type,
either Immediate or End of Billing Period. Once completed, you may proceed by clicking the Request Cancellation button.
