How to reset your password?
Please follow the steps below on how to reset your password:
Go to the client area login page via the following link: GB Website Login . Then, click on the Forgot Password button.

On the next screen, enter the email address associated with your account and click Submit.

A message will appear confirming that a password reset has been requested. Please check your email inbox for further instructions.

You will receive an email from us containing a password reset link. Please click on the Reset your password button. If you encounter any issues, you may also copy and paste the provided URL into your browser.

You will be redirected back to the client area. Please answer the security question you previously set up, then click Submit. If you have forgotten the answer to your security question, kindly contact our support team for further assistance.

Enter your new password in the provided field and click Save Changes.

Your password has now been successfully reset. Click Click here to continue to the client area and log in using your new password.
