Steps To Disable 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) For Your Client Portal

We do not recommend disabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) as it plays an important role in protecting your account from unauthorised access and enhancing overall security.


However, if you still wish to proceed for certain reasons, you may follow the steps below to disable it:


  1. Log in to the client area of the customer portal access at Client Area.


  1. Click on your name located at the top-right corner of the page.


  1. At the option, click Security Settings.


  1. On the page, please click on Two-Factor Authentication.


  1. Then, proceed by clicking the Click Here to Disable button.


  1. Next, you need to enter your client area login password and Click Disable Two-Factor Authentication to proceed.


  1. Lastly, your 2FA has been disable.
